If you buy a product that turns out to be faulty, you must contact us about the faulty product within 30 days of purchase and we'll replace or refund it upon request.The faulty product must be returned to us. You can return incorrect orders or non-faulty items but they must be unopened, unused and in the same conditions they were sold within 30 days of original purchase date. We do not accept returns of items which have been accidentally damaged, misused or neglected. The customer is responsible for paying full postage costs when the products supplied were requested and are not faulty. Requested refunds are given by the same method of payment within 7 days from receipt of the faulty cartridge.
Please do not send us any returns before receiving an RMA (Rreturn Merchandise Authorization). We will instruct you what to do next when we receive the form.
Your goods damaged in transit.
If any goods ordered from us were damaged in transit, please report it to us within 3 working days. If the items are visibly damaged on delivery, it's best to sign the carrier's delivery note accordingly. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once received back into our warehouse, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse reasonable return carriage costs.

You must notify us of any missing items within 14 days of placing the order To arrange a refund or replacement of your missing items we have to allow a full 10 working days from the date of despatch for the delivery of the goods (as required by the Royal Mail Service).
